چکیده
Recent scientific advancements have sparked an increasing trend of returning to nature. Scientists worldwide prefer natural medical derivatives over synthetic ones due fewer side effects. Green tea is abundant in bioactive components and vitamins. Although most green were thought be absorbed inadequately by oral administration, they are essential for better health. In the present study, silico approach was taken evaluate effect or correlation on memory retention, cognitive performance, prevention neurodegenerative diseases that result alterations, dementia, dysfunction. Furthermore, binding with brain-specific proteins possible alterations those illustrated. Four critical evaluated molecular analysis. Cyclooxygenase 1 (COX1), Acetylcholinesterase (AChE), Amyloid-β Precursor Protein (APP1), Cytochrome P4502D6 (Cyp2D6) involved. Their interaction using computational docking analysis (CMDA). The molecules Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), L-Theanine, Kaemferol, Coumarin, Myricetin. beneficial prioritized this study. CMDA has shown inhibition acetylcholinesterase, amyloid-β protein, cyclooxygenase 1, (Cyp2D6). Bioactive passed blood-brain barrier influenced short-term at low concentrations. Significant dosage concentration capsulated form might long-term effects since both bioavailability, scarce. Bioresearch Commu. 8(2): 1113-1123, 2022 (July)

Green Tea Potentially Ameliorates Bisphenol A-Induced Oxidative Stress: An In Vitro and In Silico Study
The present investigation was an attempt to elucidate oxidative stress induced by bisphenol A on erythrocytes and its amelioration by green tea extract. For this, venous blood samples from healthy human adults were collected in EDTA vials and used for preparation of erythrocytes suspension. When erythrocyte suspensions were treated with different concentrations of BPA/H2O2, a dose-dependent inc...
متن کاملGreen tea consumption and cognitive function: a cross-sectional study from the Tsurugaya Project 1.
BACKGROUND Although considerable experimental and animal evidence shows that green tea may possess potent activities of neuroprotection, neurorescue, and amyloid precursor protein processing that may lead to cognitive enhancement, no human data are available. OBJECTIVE The objective was to examine the association between green tea consumption and cognitive function in humans. DESIGN We anal...
متن کاملThe efficacy of black tea in ameliorating endothelial function is equivalent to that of green tea.
Consumption of tea has been shown to improve endothelial function. It is assumed that catechins are the tea components responsible for these beneficial effects. In black tea, catechin concentrations are significantly lower than in green tea. The present study was designed to compare green and black tea with regard to amelioration of endothelial function. Endothelial function in response to both...
